Seafood Casserole
Brimming with lobster, crab, shrimp, and scallops, this seafood casserole will be a seafood lover's delight.
2 cups onions, chopped
3 cups celery, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup flour
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4.5 cups milk
1.5 cups grated cheese
3/4 lb. lobster meat, in bite size pieces
1/2 lb. crab meat, in bite size pieces
3/4 lb. shrimp
1 lb. scallops
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Saute onions, celery, and garlic in olive oil until tender.
In a separate pan, melt butter. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper. Cook over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring continually. Stir milk in and cook until sauce has thickened. Stir in cheese and stir until it melts.
Add all seafood, and mix well. Pour into a greased casserole dish.
Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
