Lobster With Chili Sauce

Lobster With Chili Sauce gives a tangy kick to a usually rich food.
1 live lobster
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 small onion
1 tomato
1 tsp garlic paste
2 green chillies
4 Tbsp water
1 tsp turmeric powder
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Partially cook the lobster by
steaming
for about 5 minutes. Cut the lobster in half lengthwise. Remove the tomalley (it is green), the intestine (black string down tail), and anything else that doesn't look like you want to eat it. Saute onions, tomatoes, garlic paste and green chillies in olive oil until onion is tender. Add water and turmeric, mix well and cook for another minute. Put both halves in a shallow dish, spoon the chili sauce over top, and bake in oven for 20 minutes. Serves 1.
