Lobster Vindaloo
For something really different, try Lobster Vindaloo.
3 live lobsters
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 large onions
2 tomatoes
4 Tbsp water
1.5 Tbsp garlic paste
2 Tbsp cumin powder
1/2 Tbsp chilli powder
1 cup water
3 Tbsp of vinegar
Fully cook the lobsters by
steaming.
Open the lobsters, remove the lobster meat, and chop into bite size pieces.
Saute the onions slices in olive oil until tender add tomatoes and water. Cook 2-3 minutes, until water starts turning into gravy, then add garlic paste.
Continue cooking until the gravy turns dark red, add cumin and chilli powder and water. Mix well. Add lobster and vineger simmer for 5 minutes and serve hot.
Serve with rice.
