Lobster Roll Recipe

This lobster roll recipe is good for those who like lots of dressing on their roll.
12 oz (320 g) lobster meat, chilled
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2/3 cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
2 Tbsp dill, chopped
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Frilly leaf lettuce
8 hot dog buns
Chop lobster meat into bite-size pieces or smaller, draining all juices out. You can save the juice to use in place of water in chowder recipes. Add chopped vegetables.
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, dill, and lemon juice throughly. Add to lobster meat bit by bit until it has the amount of dressing you prefer.
Lightly butter outsides of hot dog buns, and grill. Line buns with lettuce, and spoon in lobster filling.
