Lobster Dip

Serve this lobster dip with crackers, toast points, or even on a bagel.

8 oz cream cheese
1 cup lobster meat, cooked
3 Tbsp green olives, chopped
1 Tbsp onion, chopped
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice

Shred the meat finely. This can be done with a blender, a meat grinder, or even a coffee grinder.

Put all of the ingredients in a bowl, and stir until they are mixed thoroughly. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and put it in the refridgerator over night. This will allow the tastes to blend together and it will taste better. Stir again before serving.

This can be served cold, or warm it in the oven or microwave for a few minutes to serve as a hot dip.

Spread it on your morning bagel, or serve it with crackers as an appetizer.
