Lobster Cream Sauce
This recipe for lobster cream sauce can be served over toast, rice, pasta, etc. 2 Tbsp olive oil 1 shallot, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 1 zucchini, chopped 1 lb lobster meat 3 Tbsp flour 1.5 cups chicken stock 1/4 cup whipping cream Dash salt Dash pepper Dash paprika
Saute onion, green pepper, and zucchini in olive oil until tender. Add flour and stir. Pour in chicken stock and bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add cream and mix well. Cook for 3 minutes. Stir in lobster. Add salt, pepper, and paprika to taste. Cook until lobster meat is warmed through. Pour the lobster sauce over rice, pasta, or toast. Serve while warm. Serves 1.
