Hot Lobster Roll

Here's a Connecticut-style hot lobster roll recipe. To me, this is pure blasphemy - lobster rolls should be cold, with a little mayo, and the butter belongs on the bun. But, I guess some people like them this way, so here's the recipe.
Cooked lobster meat
Drawn butter
Split-top hot dog buns
Butter
Lemon
Chop lobster meat into bite-size pieces, draining all juices out. You can save the juice to use in place of water in chowder recipes.
Prepare drawn butter. Put lobster meat in a bowl, and pour butter over it. Stir until all the lobster is coated with butter.
Lightly butter outsides of hot dog buns, and grill until lightly toasted.
Pile meat into buns, and squeeze a little lemon juice on top. Serve with extra lemon wedges.
